For the Toyota bZ4X DPL press drive, journalists from across Europe were flown in to experience the car firsthand. Our role was to ensure that every aspect of guest management ran seamlessly,
from arrival to departure.
As the central point of contact, we managed all check-ins and check-outs, coordinated airport pick-ups and transfers, and ensured that guests were guided smoothly throughout the entire program.
Behind the scenes, we kept everything running on schedule, allowing the focus to remain on the driving experience itself.
Our responsibilities included:
End‑to‑end guest management for international media and staff, from invitation and registration in the registration platform to departure
Accommodation and hospitality planning and coordination, including check‑in/out, overnights, and attrition/no‑show mitigation
Airport and ground transfers: scheduling and managing all arrivals, departures, and local movements
On‑site coordination with a dedicated hospitality team as the primary point of contact for guests and client.
