Last year, we had the incredible opportunity to organize an unforgettable
event with the Toyota Land Cruiser DPL in stunning Morocco
From the rugged Atlas Mountains to an ancient volcano, the Land Cruiser’s off-road capabilities were put to the ultimate test. Every terrain brought its own challenges, and it’s exactly those challenges that made this adventure so special.
Morocco is a land of stunning contrasts and diversity. During this event, we experienced the power of teamwork, discovered the charm of local culture, and faced landscapes that pushed us to our limits .
And the Land Cruiser? It handled every obstacle with ease.
Our responsibilities included:
Conversations and negotiations with officials to ensure compliance and smooth execution
End-to-end guest management for international media and staff, from invitation and registration in the platform to departure
Accommodation and hospitality planning and coordination, including check-in/out, overnights, and mitigation of attrition or no-shows
Airport and ground transfers: scheduling and managing all arrivals, departures, and local movements
On-site coordination with a dedicated hospitality team serving as the primary point of contact for guests and client
Data and communications infrastructure setup and management
Supplier and venue management, including F&B and service level oversight
Inspection trips and logistics planning in collaboration with the client
